1547. No reply from Peiping authorities and I am again forced to change my ETD. I will not depart morning of 19th (Embtel 1537, July 16 to Department, repeated Canton 645, Taipei 64) as planned and will inform you promptly of new ETD as soon as decision reached on our exit permits.
