Re sentences 2 and 3 this Govt is not prepared take initiative in suggesting any such mtg and in any discussions which may arise out of interchanges which led urtel under reference this shld be made clear though fact remains Amb Jessup will stay for few days Hong Kong and if suitably approached wld be available for informal discussion.
