1609. In their conversation July 24, Huang Hua told Philip Fugh that he expects PLA will take Canton in not much more than 10 days and that PCC will convene promptly after that event. Huang added that coalition government is expected to be formed about 6 weeks after PCC convenes and that recognition of foreign governments would proceed normally without delay.
