Cantel 204. In April 8 meeting Canton Central Executive Committee Kuomintang members present voted full support for Li Tsung-jen. Question of return Generalissimo to lead opposition to Communists was not raised. Resolution passed that peace negotiations should end when and if Communists cross Yangtze. Participation in coalition with Communists was rejected and territorial settlement with Yangtze as dividing line was approved. Premier returned to Nanking to report above to Acting President.
