117. ReDeptel 56, August 3, 7 p. m. Warning contained reftel issued August 5th to American citizens this consular district in covers bearing wax impression seal. Americans were requested not discuss warning with aliens.
Air transportation now available via CNAC, CATC, CAT and Air France, Kunming to Hong Kong, Haiphong and Rangoon. Fall Canton might cut off Hong Kong. However, presume flights Haiphong, Rangoon would continue.
