Palun 272. PCC has accepted general committee recommendation for establishment Lausanne mixed Arab-Israeli technical committee to study means putting into effect accord on frozen funds subject Palun 270.1 Committee would consist 1 Arab 1 Israeli with neutral chairman to be provided by UN probably from Geneva office.
Israelis and Arabs have agreed establishment committee and Arabs have decided name Labbane2 as their representative, pointing out this first instance they have agreed meet directly with Israelis. Azcarate now seeking chairman.
