1168. Gocus 515. GOC, December 28, addressed letter to Schuurman signed Cochran, chairman, as follows:

Letter to Sudjono, secretary general Republican delegation Batavia same date and signed Cochran, quoted questions posed to Netherlands delegation in above letter and asked “has situation reported in your letter 25 December changed to extent that you are now in position to furnish any information in answer to these questions?”1

Sudjono replied to chairman in letter dated 28th:
