Netherlands Foreign Office official states Netherlands Government takes most serious view of Tass announcement re establishment consular relations between USSR and Indonesian Republic, particularly as Foreign Office has what it considers excellent proof initiative came from Republican side. Netherlands Government plans seek verification from Republic and then take Up with GOC. Foreign Office official considers action contrary USSR’s obligation as member SC.
