Internatl Committee issued statement that plan will be carried out under conditions complete freedom and PW’s will enjoy guarantees at least equivalent those provided by Geneva Convention. In discussions French reps stated their repatriation plan contemplates return PW’s at rate 31,000 a month with no distinction made between PW’s captured by French and those received from US.
