I. Peace Treaty With Italy
The Council continued the discussion in second reading of the un-agreed Articles of the Italian Treaty.
Article 16, Free Territory of Trieste.
The discussion of the amendments to this Article proposed by the U.S.S.R, Delegation, set out in Document CFM(46) (NY)13,19 was resumed.
After a further exchange of views on the respective powers of the Governor and the Council of Government in the Free Territory, the discussion was adjourned.
II. Newt Meeting of the Council.
It was agreed to hold a private meeting of the Council on Friday, November 15, at 4 p.m.
