I. Franco-Italian Frontier
Rectification No. 4, Tenda and Briga district
After an exchange of views the Council agreed to resume discussion of this question at a later meeting.

After a discussion of the Naval Experts’ Report (C.F.M.(46) 121)7 no agreement was arrived at.
III. Clauses Concerning the Danube
The Soviet Delegation tabled a proposal on the Danube (C.F.M. (46) 135).8 It was agreed to resume discussion of this proposal at the Council’s next meeting.
IV. Personal Injuries
(Draft Peace Treaty with Roumania (C.F.M.(D) (46) 182. Art. 32)9
Art. 32 of the Draft Treaty with Roumania, dealing with personal injuries, was deleted.
V. Mixed Arbitral Tribunals

It was agreed that this question should be considered by the Deputies at their next meeting.
