II. Restitution (Appendix II54)
In the text proposed in paragraph 1 of Part II the Council agreed to insert after the words “by force” the words “or duress” as proposed in sub-paragraph (a).
Paragraph 1 of Part III, dealing with the burden of proof, was referred back to the Economic Experts for study.
III. Economic and Financial Provisions Relating to Ceded Territories (Appendix VI)55
Part I of this Appendix was adopted, subject to the reservations specified therein.
IV. General Economic Clauses (Appendix IV)56
The Council discussed Part II of this Appendix. No agreement was reached.
