I. Report by the Deputies

The Deputies’ Report10 was submitted to the Council by the Chairman in office, who announced that the draft Treaty with Italy would be distributed the same evening and the draft Treaties with Roumania, Bulgaria, Hungary and Finland later, as and when they had been drawn up.

II. Agenda of the Council

The Council fixed the Agenda of its proceedings and decided that it would deal in succession with the following questions:—

  • Peace Treaty with Italy
  • Peace Treaty with Roumania
  • Peace Treaty with Bulgaria
  • Peace Treaty with Hungary
  • Peace Treaty with Finland
  • German questions
  • Austrian questions
  • Political situation in Italy

The Soviet Delegation reserved the right to ask for the last question to be discussed at any moment should political developments in Italy require it.

III. Peace Treaty with Italy

It was agreed that the Deputies would draw up for each Council meeting the order of the items suggested for consideration by the Ministers.

IV. Next Meetings

It was agreed that the Council would hold its next meeting on Monday, 17th June at 4 p.m. and that the Deputies would meet in the morning at 11 o’clock.
