5883. Reference my 5751, September 1. Mr. Pilet told me yesterday that he had received an inquiry on behalf of Mussolini as to whether permission could be accorded Mrs. Mussolini to come to Switzerland. Mr. Pilet said he did not see that there could be any objection and that he proposed to give request favorable consideration.
