Sir: I have the honor to report that at the meeting of Committee No. II, of the War Crimes Commission, held yesterday, Thursday November 23, Sir Cecil Hurst, the Chairman of the Commission and Commissioner for the United Kingdom, said that the British Government had taken the initiative to give a directive to the Military High Command, instructing them to receive our list of war criminals.
