In reply to my oral and written representations on the subject, I have received a letter from Molotov72 stating that the People’s Commissariat of Finance will in the very near future send experts to Washington to take part in the discussions concerning the International Stabilization Fund.

Please repeat to Secretary Morgenthau in the event that he is not in Washington. [Hull.]
