- (1)
- China must increase power of resistance in order to win final victory, as only by unification of spirit and will and mobilization of all manpower and resources for the national cause can China effect military coordination with Allies and fulfill its mission in decisive war;
- (2)
- China must promote democracy in order to fulfill the mission of national reconstruction.
- (3)
