557. For Reynolds. Your 615, July 27 and 232, July 30.90 Substantial agreement has been reached with Kinnear and Moore91 along lines outlined by you. Certain details remaining to be agreed upon are expected to be settled on Monday or Tuesday. The only important variation from your plan is that Rubber Reserve may make other contracts with respect to rubber in Ecuador after suitable notice to the corporation, the amount of notice required now being under discussion.

Question of management commissions not yet discussed. It is acceptable to BEW and will be discussed with Kinnear on Monday.
