1302. Supplementing my 1295, December 15, I urge that no time be lost in returning Liberator to Eskisehir. If plane is returned immediately and the secret of its departure with 8 of internees continues to be kept it is by no means impossible that the Turkish military authorities may put no obstacles in the way of a repeat performance.
Any reply to my 1295 or to this telegram should be marked to be decoded only by the Ambassador.
Please inform General Arnold of the foregoing.
