The Chief of the Diplomatic Cabinet of the High Commissariat at Tetuán telephoned on behalf of General Orgaz to state that the three American planes which made forced landings in Spanish Morocco on November 8 have been sent this morning to Madrid in accordance with instructions of the Spanish Government.
[Page 522]I asked how they were sent and the statement was made that no details were available.
