98. British Minister17 and I have right along been in entire agreement re subject of your 52, October 27. He feels as you and I that if we can accommodate Afghan Government in small matters we should do so. We need, of course, make no promises re 1942 lamb skin crop … Incidentally British Minister states India does not want Afghan wool.
