321. Your 401, December 4. You may communicate the following message to President Barclay from President Roosevelt:
“I deeply appreciate the decision of the Republic of Liberia to adopt a policy of full collaboration with the United Nations and extend my hearty felicitations on the determination of your Government to lend its aid in combatting and destroying the Axis aggressors. Liberia’s contribution to the common cause will be warmly welcomed.”
