Foreign Office states that it has today received another telegram from Swedish Chargé d’Affaires in Athens along lines my 3121 November 5, 1 p.m. and strongly urging that plans for sending Mongabarra and Hallaren to Trieste be approved and stating Axis Powers agreed in addition to importing amounts mentioned to “reduce” consumption by forces now in Greece.
