666. From Murphy. Arrived in Algiers October 11.77 [Murphy.]

  1. Mr. Murphy had conferred with President Roosevelt, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and officials of the Department of State. En route back to Algiers as Personal Representative of the President he stopped in England and conferred with General Eisenhower and his staff. See George F.
