5123. Swiss Foreign Office telephones following telegram received late yesterday from Swiss Legation Vichy.
“Arrangements for departure and provisional lodging of American diplomatic and consular personnel from Vichy have been settled to [Page 203] Tuck’s entire satisfaction. Entire group including journalists leaves today (November 11) by special train for Lourdes where they will provisionally remain.”
