6372. Your 7067, December 14, 6 p.m. Opening sentence given Department by British Embassy read: “The attention of the Belgian, [Page 70] Czechoslovak, Greek, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norwegian, Polish, Soviet, United Kingdom, United States and Yugoslav Governments and of the French National Committee has been drawn et cetera”. The Department desires the insertion of the word “also” before the words “of the French National Committee”. The statement, with this addition, will be issued tomorrow at the agreed time.53
