1405. I have discussed with the Minister for Foreign Affairs84a in the sense of the Department’s 459, September 12, 7 p.m., the proclamation relating to the declaration of holdings of dollar currency or securities and was assured of a speedy reply.
An announcement has been made that the declaration provided for in the proclamation must be made before September 30th.
