1322. As Soviet authorities have finally agreed to issue exit visas to Mrs. Hermann Habicht and son and to Mrs. Robert Magidoff, please authorize immediate issuance immigration visas and allot one non-preference Soviet Union quota number for issuance to minor son of Mrs. Habicht.
