My telegram 30, January 8, 6 p.m. I have had a further talk with Lozovzki this evening with respect to the difficulties which the Embassy has been encountering and which have not as yet been disposed of. He assured me that he would give these matters his personal attention in the course of the next few days and would endeavor to dispose of them to my satisfaction.
