Polish Series No. 30. Your November 26, 2 p.m., Polish Series No. 44. As the President’s statement of October 25 was made independently, we do not now wish to associate ourselves in a joint undertaking of any kind protesting violence against civilians in occupied countries. We do, of course, appreciate the intention of the allied Governments established in London to base their proposed joint declaration on the President’s statement.
