3012. For the President and the Acting Secretary. Delivered your 2600, July 14th, to the Prime Minister personally. I know he feels as you do on this subject. At the same time he is asking Mr. Eden³ to get a complete statement covering all situations which will be forwarded to you. He was delighted to hear that Harry is coming. So am I.
