Polish Series No. 14. We have received press reports to the effect that the Polish Government has made certain approaches to the Soviet Government. Any information which you may be able to furnish the Department regarding the nature of these approaches, the circumstances in which they were made, and the character of any reply which may have been received, would be appreciated.
