The Chargé d’Affaires ad interim of Poland presents his compliments to the Secretary of State and, acting upon instructions of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, begs to advise that Dr. Ludwik Rajchman was relieved of the duties of delegate in the United States of the Polish Government for matters of relief for civilian population of Poland.
