7. Foreign Minister Witting2 informed me today that relations with the Soviet Union continue to be very quiet and that recently there had been relatively little of the anti-Finnish radio propaganda from Russian stations which had been noticeable some weeks ago. He remarked, however, that it was of course impossible to know when some new difficulty might arise.
