Mr. Murray: I agree completely with the opinion expressed in the last paragraph of your memorandum.68 Please see the Greek Minister for me and take care to explain to him that our present situation makes it impossible, after full consideration, for us to do anything in the way of assistance to Greece through supplying airplanes for some time to come.
