Referring to Department’s telegram No. 1, January 7, 3 p.m., I have sent messages to other members of the Commission asking their agreement to announcement of an approximate date for projected visits to Managua and to Tegucigalpa. The Costa Rican member of the Commission is now in Chile and possibly may visit Buenos Aires on invitation of Argentine Government.
