25. Referring to the Department’s circular telegram of June 27, 7 p.m., Minister for Foreign Affairs informed of the contents and was very appreciative of offer contained therein. He further stated that [Page 8] he would immediately advise the President of the Republic and that in the event of an emergency Costa Rica would avail itself of facilities offered.
