19. Six Japanese destroyers preceded by sea sleds and followed by other naval craft have arrived at Hankow in the river opposite the ex-Concession. Japanese Army detachments have arrived at the Japanese Concession, Hankow. Conditions quiet.

Repeated to Chungking, Peiping and Shanghai.
