The New York Times this morning published a report from its correspondent in Buenos Aires to the effect that a revolt had taken place in the Paraguayan Army because of its unwillingness to agree to the policy of the Paraguayan Government as regards the Chaco;3 and that the fall of President Franco was imminent.
Please telegraph immediately whether there is any basis of truth in this report.
