480. Repeated and increasingly heavy bombing by Chinese planes is continuing. Several bombs have dropped within area of foreign refuge near waterfront. Palace Hotel hit. Chinese planes are not respecting Settlement or area of refuge. I urge strongest representations to the Generalissimo.
