Lithuanian Minister for Foreign Affairs has advised me that the Lithuanian Government is ready to proceed with the signing of the Treaty of Naturalization and Military Service, the exact wording of which was transmitted with Department’s instruction No. 10 of October 29, 1936. Please telegraph instructions.¹⁷
