225. Send following message to American Embassy at Tokyo by telegraph:
“Inquire of appropriate authorities whether following proposed visits of the U. S. S. Gold Star are agreeable to Japanese Government: Truk, September 10 to September 12; Palau, September 17 to September 19; Miike, October 12 to October 14; Yokohama, October 18 to October 23; Saipan, October 29 to October 31.62 Inform Department by telegraph of reply of Japanese authorities.”
