1. The minimum prices of wool-knit gloves and mittens to be exported to the United States will be fixed as hereunder stated:

(a)
Gloves and mittens for children, (No. 1–3) . . . . ¥2.50 per dozen pair
(b)
Gloves and mittens for junior misses, (No. 4–6) . . . . ¥3.00 per dozen pair
(c)
Gloves and mittens for ladies, (No. 7–9) . . . . ¥4.20 per dozen pair

The prices fixed above shall be maintained as effectively as possible by the Association of Exporters of the said articles.

(It is desired, however, that those goods already contracted and to be shipped from Japanese ports by March 15 should be exempted from the above price regulation.)

2. The Association will take, besides the maintenance of the minimum prices above stated, measures for the exercise of stricter inspection and improvement of the quality of the goods for exportation.

3. The Association is prepared to consider the voluntary control of the quantity to be exported.
