613. Embassy’s 600, December 10, 4 p.m.2 Following from Tsingtau:

“December 15, 3 p.m. Three hundred members of Japanese landing party have been withdrawn to their ships. Remainder have been withdrawn from cotton mills to billets in Tsingtau.

City is very quiet”.
