58. Line damaged and unable as yet to telephone Department’s 33 and 34 to Vigo.83 Stewart brought following message from Graves:
“Just received word from Auditor General at Coruna that Celaya84 will be tried by court martial at Lugo Wednesday, November 11. Understand either death sentence or life imprisonment will be requested. Am planning to be present at court martial.”
Department’s 33 and 34 delivered personally to Stewart.
