Foreign exchange control order issued today provides “payments from Aski accounts for the deliveries of goods to the United States may not be made after August 3, 1936, except deliveries based on contracts closed prior to August 3, 1936. Permits for private barter transactions with the United States shall not be issued after August 3, 1936.”
