The Turkish Embassy to the Department of State
The Turkish General Staff is desirous to invite as instructor to the Army Air School an experienced American General Staff Officer graduated from the Air Academy and capable to teach Tactics and Organization in Air Forces.
The Turkish Embassy would be much obliged to the State Department to intervene with the competent Authorities for this matter.
