145. An Associated Press despatch from Addis Ababa states that representatives of the International Red Cross there have sent a formal protest to the League concerning the bombing of the American Seventh Day Adventist hospital at Dessye. A Reuters despatch from the same place states merely that seven doctors there have executed an affidavit concerning the bombing. A United Press despatch states that seven doctors have issued a formal protest.

Please telegraph any pertinent information available in Geneva, also whether International Red Cross authorities there recognize that hospital as being affiliated with their organization.
