Department’s 401, December 30, 6 p.m.81 Customs notice number 361 was published and issued by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise on December 23, making arrangement with Yugoslavia effective, beginning December 24, pursuant to Order in Council, copy of which was forwarded to the Department in pouch of December 24th under cover of despatch 1884 of December 24th.81 No particular reaction given to our communication of December 24 to Foreign Office but it has been acknowledged with statement that subject matter thereof is under consideration. Copy of customs notice just received will be forwarded in next pouch.
