The Minister in Switzerland ( Wilson ) to the Secretary of State

338. I have this evening received a communication addressed to the Secretary of State by the President of the Committee of Coordination reading as follows:

“Sir: As President of the Committee of Coordination of measures to be taken under article 16 of the Covenant I have the honor to transmit herewith to states non-members of the League, in accordance with the decision of the Coordination Committee formed as the result of the recommendation adopted by the Assembly on October 10, the principal recent documents in the Italo-Ethiopian dispute, including the minutes of the Council of October 7,54 the minutes of the Assembly of October 9 to 1155 and the recommendations of the Coordination Committee.56

I am instructed to add that the Governments represented on the Coordination Committee would welcome any communication which any non-member state may deem it proper to make to me, or notifications of any action which it may be taking in the circumstances.
